Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need to register ?
You can examine all the items available in our shop without registering. You only need to register and give us your details when you go through our buying process. Once registered, customers can always log-in to check details of all the orders they placed.
2. How do I begin shopping in your shop?
Ordering from our online shop is simple and straight-forward:
- Start by picking the items you want. Once completed you will be prompted to enter quantities required for each item, your location as well as delivery details. Note: registration as member is not necessary when you are picking your items.
- Our system will calculate the related delivery charge (normally Speedpost courier with door-to-door delivery) automatically. All items are shipped from Hong Kong. Note: minimum total order amount (including freight) is US$80, if total amount falls short of $80, please go back to add more items to your order.
- If you have a PayPal account you can complete the payment process by following the link in our home page. PayPal will inform us upon receipt of your payment.
- Once we receive your listing of items ordered we will re-check stock and colour availability, and get back to you with our proforma invoice within 2 business days.
- If you haven't paid we will send you a payment request by PayPal, through which you can settle by credit card. If you prefer to pay by telegraphic transfer it is also acceptable. Please contact us for account details.
- Delivery will be within 2 business days upon receipt of your payment.
3. Do you have any rules or policies that I should be aware of when buying?

4. Can I order items in excess of your stock quantity?
Since all items are sold from stock, we cannot accept order for quantities more than those on stock as stated in our web page. Also we do not accept OEM or ODM orders.
5. Can I pay by other methods other than PayPal?
PayPal is a widely accepted means of payment whereby you can settle payment with your credit card (VISA OR MASTERCARD OR ECHECK). You are not dealing directly with us during the payment process hence we don't get hold of your credit card details. Registering with PayPal is quick and easy, so we recommend our customers to get a PayPal account when shopping with us.
However you can also choose to pay by telegraphic transfer. In this case please allow 5-7 days for money to arrive our account. Please contact us for account details.
6. Do you ship by other methods other than Speedpost?
Speedpost is our preferred way of shipping because this is a speedy and economical door-to-door courier service. During completion of your order you can also choose to have goods delivered by air mail . Please contact us in case you would like to use other modes of shipment.
7. When I have ordered and paid, how do I know the status of my order?
We will confirm delivery details and send the goods to you within two business days after receipt of your payment. Delivery tracking number will be provided as soon as goods are dispatched.
8. How long will it take for me to receive the items ordered?
Depending on your location, in most cases the goods will take only 3-5 days to arrive. However this is not inclusive of the time required for customs clearance which is country-specific.
9. Can I pay and collect if I am in Hong Kong?
Yes, we will hold the goods for you if you send us your order prior to visiting our office.
10. If I am not satisfied with the goods ordered, can I return them?
All items that we sell are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. However, in general we will only entertain goods return due to quality problem. Please review our “Defects and Claims policy?in our Shop Policies section. |
